Ordering
Where do you deliver?+
We deliver across our active zones. Enter your address in the app to see the restaurants and stores that deliver to you.
How long does delivery take?+
Each store shows its estimated delivery time. Most orders in Dhaka arrive in 30 to 45 minutes, and you can track your rider live.
Can I schedule an order?+
Yes. At checkout, choose a delivery slot for later today or another day, where the store supports it.
Can I order on the website?+
The website lets you browse restaurants and menus. Ordering, payment and tracking happen in the Talabat Clone app.
Payments & refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Cards, your in-app wallet and cash on delivery, depending on the store.
How do refunds work?+
If something goes wrong, contact us from the order in the app. Refunds go back to your card in 5 to 7 days, or instantly to your wallet.
Partners & riders
How do I list my restaurant or store?+
Fill in the partner sign-up form. We'll verify your trade licence, set up your menu and get you live.
How do I become a rider?+
Apply on the rider page. Once approved, download the Talabat Clone Rider app, upload your documents and go online.
